Great craftsmanship and an overall brilliant service. Difficult heal stitch repair on RM Williams boots, perfectly matched stitch technique and colour to original, really approachable and informative explaining the process and options. Thankyou for exceeding expectations and giving my boots another few years of life!! Would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely amazing! Posted my NewRock boots special delivery. Boots couldn’t be better! They replaced both zips with an amazing easier zips, replaced inner soles with really comfortable breathable leather and replaced the bottom soles. I couldn’t have got for better! They are so comfortable! Was great communication and friendly service! I would recommend West Wales Cobblers to anyone who needs their shoes/boots repaired. Thank you so much!

I have been here a couple of times. What a lovely friendly couple. A few days ago I took my watch into have the strap put on and I wasn't even charged. Don't go to Timsons for anything, shoes,keys, repairs anything. Go here and support a a great local business. V
