Computer Solutions Wales

absolutely shocking service i have never experienced anything like it in my life when dealing with business, i would not recommend anyone ever using this business, took my laptop for 1 week told it was fixed after 2 days, was suppose to meet me 3 days in a row, ended up sending a woman to meet me to drop my laptop off which was still in the same condition after 1 week! the guy steven is a liar and coward and should be shut down!!! please ignore the 1 star rating on this video, i couldn't post this unless i gave it some sort of rating, i wouldn't rate him or his company at all!

Paid upfront for laptop repair. Haven't received my laptop back after a year of phonecalls and messages to chase it up. Despite multiple promises to return it, appointments were missed and delivery never materialised. A waste of time and money. I have had to conclude Steven Grant is a conman despite his various excuses.

This man is a con artist and scammer. He stole my laptop and money. When I complained to the police he threatened to burn my house down. He also got his brother Michael to threaten to bury me on my land. See his trust pilot reviews. Look his name and business up on Pembrokeshire Herald. He now has a another fake member of staff called Adam.

If you are considering using this business please google Pembrokeshire Herald first then search for Computer Solutions Wales. There are at least four separate articles which will be of interest to you before you part with any money or leave a broken device with them. How this company are still in business I do not know. It’s now over 12 months since he took my daughter’s broken computer, said he couldn’t repair it, then took nearly £3000 from her for a new computer. There was no new computer despite numerous promises to deliver it. We then requested a refund which was never forthcoming. In July I left a 1-star review on this site which clearly upset them, I subsequently received quite a few communications from them threatening to sue me for defamation and slander. Eventually they called me and promised to resolve the issue in November, when November came, they made another excuse and asked for a delay until December. Earlier this month they promised to refund the money on two occasions but still has not. I’ve sought legal advice and because of the mental anguish this has caused my daughter they recommended I try to reach an agreement out of court which clearly isn’t going to happen. I’m seeking further advice on what actions I can now take to seek redress, but the least I can do is warn other people not to give their hard-earned money to this business.

Phoned computer solutions wales in regards to my daughter's laptop, which had completely shut down, as she needed to recover work for assessments to hand in. Phoned and spoke to Steven and he was at the house within the hour and spent 1 1/2 hours resolving the problem. The service and the price was exceptional, I could not recommend Steven's service and professionalism enough, would highly recommend. Thank you.
