Vizzini Bathrooms Kitchens & Bedrooms

Well what can we say about Vizzini other than what an absolute pleasure it has been from beginning to end to deal with you all. From the shop team to the fitting team, the whole experience has been flawless. Andy, Francis and the girls take so much pride in their work and this really shines through to the finished product. This was by no means a straight forward bathroom remodel but the fitting team worked their socks off and what they managed to achieve in a little over a week was amazing. Our boiler was previously located in the bathroom and needed to be relocated into the attic. You could tell the team had worked together for a long period of time as everything went seamlessly between the different trades involved. Both the quality of the goods and the quality of workmanship were second to none. We would highly recommend Vizzini to anybody looking for a new bathroom/kitchen in the future.

Serious lack of after sales service when you have issues. They will allocate you a plumber and you trust they are allocating you a good one but when everything goes wrong and your living room is flooding, they don’t want to know. Not what you would expect after spending more than £10k. One year on and we still have water marks and damaged walls in our living room. **In reply to Vizzinis response** While my living room was flooding, I had to call Vizzini three times to request urgent help. Yes the plumber did come out (eventually) the same day, at which point my living room had flooded and the damage had been done. The plumber discovered the problem to be an incorrect sized pipe he had fitted. Nothing to do with our ‘existing pipe work’. The plumber then eventually arranged for one of his relatives to come and decorate over the damage. At this point not once did a member of staff from Vizzini contact us, even just to ask if we were okay. Nothing. After so many months and the stains coming through again on my ceiling, I emailed Vizzini who once again wiped their hands of any responsibility. The plumber did then call and I told the plumber we would fix this at our own cost as I had honestly had enough by this point and did not want another botch job. Vizzini are quick to say they are independent from the fitters, however they allocate you one, some of the fitters use the Vizzini vans, and I still to this day have no idea who our fitter worked for if he was actually ‘independent’, as I’m still waiting on my receipt for the work carried out. Please think twice before using this company as if everything goes okay it’s great, but if you have issues, they really don’t want to know. At the end of the day they should accept responsibility due to the fact the fitters are working for them.

I cannot recommend these guys highly enough! Francis listened carefully to what we wanted and came up with a wonderful design, which came to life perfectly in the 3D render she did for us, so I could visualise walls etc. Her and Andy and the whole shop team were a joy to work with, as were the 'Stevies' who did our fitting. The attention to detail and their professionalism is first class. To say i'm delighted with the outcome would be the understatement of the year!

When we decided to renovate the bathroom we looked to get 2 quotes, one was from Vizzini, Andy came up and measured up and took notes on how we wanted to change it. We got a response in a very timely manner, the other quote we did not get back to us in time. We visited what I had always thought was a small shop, but on entering its a luxurious tardis, with multiple bathrooms set up plus a kitchen and dressing room. Frances and Andy were so friendly and helpful explaining and showing us plans for our bathroom over a cup of coffee and biscuit. We never felt rushed , Frances did suggest something slightly different to what we had thought about and was able to show us the shower that would suit better, and she was correct. Bot Andy and Frances were a great support and help with chosing the fittings flooring and tiles. Will and Euan, who were excellent, fitted the bathroom for us, leaving it in a tidy state every night. The aftercare is excellent, Frances and Andy genuinely care about each project they do. I would highly recommend Vizzini Bathrooms and Kitchens, thank you both very much.
