Uniqato LTD

There’s good, there’s great… and then there’s Uniqato. I’m not easy to impress — my standards are sky-high. I actually let the first set of contractors go mid-project because their workmanship wasn’t up to par. We were under huge pressure and working to a strict deadline. Boris was originally booked for a small moulding job, but after one conversation (and seeing how his mind works), I asked him to take over the entire renovation. In a shockingly short time, he transformed the middle floor of our house into a beautiful self-contained apartment — with zero compromise on quality or detail. His finish is impeccable, his problem-solving is next-level, and he never once turned up without a smile, a joke, or a solution. His work ethic is unmatched, and he genuinely cares about doing things properly. A job exceptionally well done by a man who wears many hats — and does each one justice. If you want something done right, get Boris to do it!

After an insurance repair job, the leak was still not fixed properly, so we called Boris and his team to sort it out. They found 9 external leak spots and explained properly what needed to be done to fix the issue. They kept us updated the whole time and kept photographic records of all the work carried out, which gave us confidence everything was being done properly. Really happy with the service — hardworking, honest and professional guys. Definitely recommended. We already miss you guys 😊

Fantastic services, excellent workmanship. Highly recommended. Exceeded my expectations. Work included the entire ground floor living room, dining, kitchen, toilet etc. Boris fixed everything for me. His skill is superb. 5 stars+++

I’m really happy with the panel installation. The work was carried out professionally and to a very high standard. Everything was fitted neatly, on time, and with great attention to detail. The panels have completely transformed the space and look amazing. Excellent service from start to finish – highly recommended.

I had the pleasure of working with Boris when he came to help with plaster boarding for an extension and part of the existing house. He went above and beyond by also fitting aluminium profiles for LED strip lights, patching up damaged walls, and handling various odd jobs. Boris has not only the right tools and skills to complete each task but also patience and attention to detail to do everything correctly. His craftsmanship is truly exceptional and not something you see every day. I will definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone in need of building or renovation work.
