Essex Property Services

Ollie and Tom came to replace our leaking roof. They replaced it with a rubber roof, and the finished result looks sharp and clean. We’re really happy with the service and would highly recommend them. 👍

From first point of contact with Oli, to Simon coming to asses the issues with my roof, the swiftness and efficiency of the entire experience of working with them both was seamless. Both genuinely care about their customers and the quality of the work that is carried out. I was kept in the loop through the entire process. The job was done exactly as promised, the work area left spotless and the cost was much better than I had anticipated when I had initially found the holes. I couldn’t be happier and have already given their details to my Auntie. Thank you so much.

Ollie and Simon repaired our leaking roof. From when first meeting Ollie, he was very honest and trustworthy - I had no hesitation taking wanting to work with him. He provided a thorough quote immediately and started the work when it suited us. The work was conducted to a high standard and they were both punctual, respectful, friendly and I had no concerns leaving them to work alone in our house. They communicated with any issues or when a decision needed to be made. Would recommend and would work with again. Many thanks both.

Oli and he’s team put a new flat roof on my back dorma. From start to finish the communication was excellent. Keeping me up to date, although the weather was our only battle. Am extremely pleased with the work that was done, would highly recommend this company.

Oli responded straightaway to my emergency roof debris fall and then Simon made safe the area before repair work even started. They clearly explained the problem, and photos were a real help with understanding what roofing work needed to be done. Communication was very good and they kept me informed of what was happening. They worked hard and were professional, courteous and friendly. The job was done to a high standard and I would fully recommend them.
