Fresh Property Maintenance Ltd Chelmsford

Great service from Fresh Property Maintenance. They were on time, efficient, flexible, and at a very good price. Can't speak highly enough of these people. Highly recommended by me, and I will certainly use them again. Cheers! Maurice.

Discussed requirements for gutter cleaning in some detail and provided photos prior to visit. They also offered to install a rotary washing line for me. On the day (28 October 2025) Matthew came and did an excellent job of clearing our gutters of moss etc which had fallen off our roof. At no extra charge he fixed part gutter which was sagging and sealed a portential leaking joint. He then spent time cementing in a new rotary washing line. Tidy, professional worker and easy to get on with. Thank you Matt, also Simon for earlier discussion and advice.

I contacted Matt last week. Although it would be difficult for Matt to cover my area he provided a detailed paragraph of potential costings, what the problem may be based of the video I sent to him and what others should be charging me roughly. He did advise if I am not able to find somebody that he would come out to carry out the work to do it due to the building being a 3 storey so not may people would be able to work with gutter’s that high . Today he contacted me to find out how I got on. It’s rare you get somebody contacting you for an update. Highly recommend him for the customer service.

We have been very pleased to find this business to take care of our window cleaning and gutter clearing. One less maintenance chore sorted and in safe hands. The prices charged are fair, and we are able to set our own schedule for what we require to be carried out. Friendly and helpful, we are only too pleased to recommend them.

Simon and his colleague cleaned our gutters to a very high standard, took their time and didn't rush. Very happy with their service, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and can highly recommend.
