Toucan Property Maintenance

Wayne and his team went above and beyond to help fix our patio doors. They helped us solve a building regulation issue and reassured us that everything would be OK. I would absolutely recommend Toucan Property Maintenance to anybody looking to fix an issue in their home. Thank you Wayne and Team Amelia x

I’ve used Wayne and his team 3 times on my properties and will definitely be using them again in the future. All work carried out was done to the highest standards and beyond.

Mark and Darren were fantastic in their service in my home. They got the job done efficiently and I couldn’t be even more happy with the results! Thank you again and would definitely use this company in the future.

I am a landlord and have used Toucan Property Maintenance several times on different repairs and renovation projects on my rental houses. Always very high quality work at a competitive price. They are my "go to" people when I have a maintenance job. Highly recommended.

Efficient, reliable, quick service. Always responds immediately to texts/calls even if he is on holiday! Have used Toucan for several years for a variety of jobs on a rental property and have always been more than happy.
