RCT Exterior Property Services

Ryan at RCT was very fast and efficient. After first contact he was out within a day with the drone. The existing roof was slate and in a terrible state with tiles turning to mush and no membrane under the tiles so from attic could see the sky with lots of holes. He had a quote ready within a day for both roof and replacement guttering. After a few days I went ahead and within a week it was all done. Scaffolding, skip and materials arrived within a couple of days and his team worked over the weekend to do the job. There was some 'bonding complication' as the neighbours roof was in a bad state, but this was dealt with. Highly recommended. Multiple tradesmen have commented to me that the price was very reasonable and the quality of the job is top notch.

Ryan did a first class job replacing damaged tiles and repaointed roof verge. He was honest and trustworthy throughout. Good communication throughout. Thoroughly recommended.

Full cladding of fascia’s and soffits, also replaced gutters on back and front. Team were professional, showed up on time and accommodated me all the time as I was working nights. Done a great job, cheers gents.

Came to fix gutter and remove chimney, replaced all tiles, did a brilliant job. Communication was great throughout, polite and friendly service. Would highly recommend

Good price, friendly service, quick and reliable, will definitely have this number saved for future jobs! I asked for a small repair until I can afford a full replacement of all facia boards, and Ryan was happy to help ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
