Total property solutions sprotbrough

TPS built a front entrance porch for us with steel portal frame and tiled roof. Ian took an initial idea and then with Terry totally transformed the front of our house into something that is far better than other ideas/quotes that we had. All the way through the build, Terry and Ian kept us informed, we made decisions along the way and did an absolutely superb job. We highly recommend TPS for jobs small or large, totally professional, friendly local guys who aim to satisfy the customer and take immense pride in their work.

We have used Total Property Solutions for numerous jobs over the last 12 years, including for a substantial extension project. Terry and the team are extremely professional and very knowledgeable. They have completed all of our projects to an extremely high standard. They are clean and tidy whilst on site and when they leave. I would not hesitate to recommend them and they would be my first port of call for any future work.

Total Property Solutions replaced the roof and front windows of our house. We are very happy with their work. Both Ian and Terry were a pleasure to deal with and always kept us informed. I have no hesitation in recommending them to other people.

Terry & Ian have done a couple of jobs for us which we are highly delighted with. They were regular in their attendance, keeping us fully updated on the project & progress. They co-ordinated & integrated with subcontractors well. They were adaptable to variation & provided prompt advice on the financial implications. Their work is of a very high standard & in particular Terry’s stonework is artistry. Overall they are very considerate & we would not hesitate in using them again or recommending them. Thank you Terry & Ian for all your effort

Over six years my bungalow was completely renovated. New doors, windows, new kitchen/bathrooms etc. Extension and new summer house. All professionally done to a high standard. Would highly recommend this firm, nothing too big or too small for them.
