AllSecure Security Systems

Our alarm had been out of action for a couple of years, so when Paul came out to service it, I was half expecting to be told that the main Texecom unit would need replacing. Paul initially thought an upgrade might be necessary, but what really impressed me was that he didn’t simply take the easy (and more expensive!) option of saying, *“You need a new alarm.” Instead, he took the time to thoroughly check the existing system and explore every option to get it working again. And he did exactly that. Paul managed to get the alarm fully operational, tested everything properly with us, and then made sure the app was set up and working on both my phone and my wife’s before he left. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly knows their stuff but is also genuinely focused on doing what’s right for the customer rather than trying to sell them something they don’t need. Excellent service, knowledgeable, trustworthy and great value for money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and AllSecure Security Systems.

I highly recommend All Secure Security Alarms! They recently installed a new system for me and the entire process was seamless. Their pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of work. The team is incredibly professional, punctual, and clearly very competent at what they do. They took the time to explain how everything works and ensured I felt comfortable with the system before leaving. Five-star service all around!
