I called Locky out as we had wasps coming out of our air brick that was quite high up. Locky arrived within 24 hours of the call he talked me through the whole process. He really knew what he was on about. He was so professional from start to finish explained everything and how it was going to happen. The service he provided was outstanding. I had a really great experience with Locky. He came out to take a look at a bees nest for us and was extremely professional, friendly, and approachable. Although no removal was needed, he took the time to provide us with a lot of helpful information and clearly has a great deal of knowledge and experience. Prompt response, super knowledgeable and very passionate about what he does. Our request was to assess a bees nest in loft, within seconds identified species of bee and from that was then able to provide me with options of removal or ride it out until end of summer until they die off and move on. We were advised the latter, which took me back as I was waiting for that sharp intake of breath you normally get before someone gives you a quote 😂 I could tell straight away that Lochie a man of principle, refreshingly honest and has good values. I am very grateful to this company for their expertise and experience. Through no fault of my own, I sustained an infestation of insects. Locky was able to fumigate the apartment and make it liveable without the bites again. He called in a few days later to ensure that all was well.
