NBC Environment

So sorry it has taken 2 years to highly commend Dion for his excellent work due to losing his card. Dion did an excellent job was kind, personable and full of good ideas. The fact that the infestation has not returned in all this time is a measure of his highly skilled work.

We contacted NBC Environment when we suspected we had unwanted guests in the loft. Dion was the person that came round and sorted things out. He was a star. What a lovely person. He re assured us, explained what he was doing and sorted everything out. He was reliable and returned exactly when he said he would texting 10 mins before he arrived. Highly recommend this service and Dion.

The operative I saw was Dion McCaffet. A very pleasant polite and professional man.. He was very knowledgeable and efficient. Great service and contact, I wouldn't hesitate to use this successful service again.

Jack was approachable and friendly. He communicated what he was doing really well to us and even engaged my 3 year old son who was very inquisitive. He found two wasps in the loft and managed to spray them both. He even took a picture for us to see what they looked like. Furthermore, he showed my 3 year old son a hawk in his van that they had been using to manage pigeons in warehouses. It was a very educational and fun experience for all of us and i am glad we can look forward to a wasp and sting free home!! Thank you once again!

Dion Mccaffer let me know his arrival time. He quickly assessed the wasp infestation and completed the task efficiently and professionally. Great personality.
