I can’t say enough about First Call Pest Management, especially Tony. They took on a job that involved removing a very large honey bee colony from inside my wall cavity. They had to take out 40 bricks, remove the bees humanely, take out all the honey, wax and residue and then sanitise the area. This was done over a number of visits. They were very professional and friendly, Tony went above and beyond by helping me with something unrelated to the bee removal which I greatly appreciated. Around 20000 bees removed which were given to a bee keeper, along with approx 35 kg honey.

Called First Call as we had an issue with wasps nesting in a wall cavity. Tony and Liam were with us within 24 hours, investigated the problem and treated it without any fuss, and at a very reasonable cost. Great guys who I would recommend to anyone!

Amazing. They removed a wasp nest so quickly and within the hour it was gone and so were all the wasps. They reassured me and also messaged me a couple days later to make sure everything was okay and there was no signs of wasps. Thank you so much for your help.

We cannot recommend Tony enough. We have had an issue with rats in our cavity walls & kitchen roof space and had dealt with two other companies before First Call Pest Management who were dealing with the consequences rather than the cause. Tony messaged me a couple of hours after initial contact and attended the next day. I cannot speak highly enough of this company and the guys. Tony has put our minds at rest, diagnosed the issue, advised on how to deal with it and has promised that he will not leave us with this issue until we are satisfied. He has installed a one way valve to stop them getting back into the roof and told us we can claim on our insurance. He has communicated excellently with us and always takes our calls. Thanks so much. Very prompt, professional and friendly service. Problem dealt with on first visit. Very competitive pricing. Hopefully will never need to call a pest company again but would definitely look to this company first.
