I gave Thermo Pest a call and spoke with Gavin regarding what we suspected was a bedbug infestation. Gavin was so lovely and very generous with his time and knowledge - he suggested it may actually be carpet beetles, which on further examination turned out to be correct! Huge sigh of relief as this is much easier to manage, and he gave some handy steps on how we can try and self manage the issue first. No sales tactics or money making motivation apparent, you can tell they genuinely put people and their needs first. This was very different from the other very sales driven pest control companies we spoke to, who were very quick to give us quotes without a single question on what the issue actually was! We will definitely be calling back Thermo pest if we do need assistance with the carpet beetles, and would highly recommend them to anyone else :)

I was dealing with bed bugs in one of my properties for almost a month, I tried two other companies first who sprayed chemicals and still the problem persisted, after speaking with Thermopest I felt i was in good hands, they came out and did a full heat treatment of the property, which took a day to do. Since the treatment I have spoken to Gavin numerous times as I was concerned the problem may still be there, but no one has been bitten, so it looks like the treatment has worked. I wish I found them sooner and not wasted money on other treatments.
