Brilliant company! We’ve used many pest control contractors in the past, but none come close to Archers. Sebastian spent over 6 hours carefully proofing holes and sealing entry points, while kindly explaining every step of the process as he worked throughout the entire flat. It has genuinely changed our lives at home — no more mice and no more bad odours. I can’t recommend Archers and Sebastian highly enough. I would like to say a special thanks to Sebastien who has sprayed the property thoroughly after a failure by another company. Seb is very precise and he was very serious about the project. He understands how important is his work and how valuable is the outcome for the customer, particularly a family with children. He sprayed all small corners and sides of the furniture. The photos were visible in the report so you have the audit of the performed work. This is a high quality service, and the company takes responsibility for the work providing the warranty. Sebastian was incredible today. He checked the house for any entrance/exits, explained what he was doing & why he was setting the traps in their positions. Every room has been fitted now, we emptied my garden concrete shed attached to the kitchen to ensure they weren’t entering from there. Really feel comfortable & extremely satisfied that all is in place to concur my furry friends visiting in future. I have to have an appt for two weeks to see if the problem has been solved.
