I highly recommend Thames Pest Control. We called them on a Sunday, and within 24 hours our problem was diagnosed and solved. No more bedbugs and fleas, the infestation was dealt with efficiently in two visits: one to deal with the bugs, and a follow up to ensure they would not be able to make a comeback. We were well informed ahead of time of the steps that would be taken, and the visit was quick, courteous and deadly for our invaders. Great service!

Zee is excellent and very hardworking and he understands the matter immediately. They are very professional and hardworking. They always come on time, their services are excellent and I am very impressed with this company. Highly recomended.

We had flea infestation and some bed bugs issues , but once we did the treatment it disappeared completely. We are so satisfied with the service provided by thames pest control team. Usman was very detailed and he explained everything to do after the treatment and how to maintain. 100% will recommend.

I called Usman early in morning for an emergency ant check up and he picked up really quickly. he was able to get rid of the ants in my room and provided a free 2-week and one month follow up. I highly recommend him as he is the only 24/7 pest control that picked up quickly, offered a same day appointment and is quite affordable.

Called them desperate as we had a very strong rat urine smell coming from our toilet… that was probably my first mistake sounding desperate but we’d heard the rat in the back of the toilet and in the pipes as I was quickly quoted £350 and he said a “expert” would turn up and sort the issue out. When he turned up he arrived with idea that he was only going to bait under the lost in the the toilet… he also said to my wife they don’t go in drains even though I specifically stated this on my first call. He then baited a few areas in the kitchen and one in toilet and was ready to leave. My wife asked if he was going to bait the drain which obviously is where the rats are but he was reluctant… after pressing him to do it he asked if we had equipment to left the drain cover ??? This lot had no intention of doing anything else other than bait under my skirts in kitchen and advise me to block all holes. Very disappointed as after 4 weeks nothing has changed. £350 to place a few baits in kitchen and come back after / weeks to check. An absolute joke please anyone thinking of using them for anything other than mice forget it. Amateur setup
