Alex has done an amazing job on our oven! We moved into a new house this week and discovered the oven was in a poor condition. Our oven was in a terrible state. No, I mean truly, truly terrible state. I’ve tried cleaning it myself many times but the drips and splatters were completely carbonised into the oven walls and racks, coating it all in this brown and black layer. It was impossible for myself to tackle and so I dropped a message to Reboot to ask for a clean. Alex picked my message up immediately and was super efficient in arranging a date that suited their schedule as well as mine. Customer service was seamless, which I appreciate. When Jack turned up to do the clean, even admitted that I gave him a challenge with the state of the oven but my gosh, did he smash it out of the water with the amazing job that he has done. In no time he has taken the oven apart and got stuck in. Within an hour he presented me with a gleaming, spotlessly clean oven. He even popped a bulb in it - I didn’t even know there was a light in there 😅 It feels like I have a new appliance. Without a question the best money I’ve spent in yonks and considering how quick and efficient the whole process is, I think the company offers a great value. My biggest regret in this whole process is that I didn’t take before photos to compare with the snaps I’ve taken after. We have just had our oven and extractor fan cleaned by Alex, he left no corner unturned. First of all, Alex is a really friendly guy with a nice nature about him. Both pieces cleaned have come up like new, and he left the place clean after his work as well! Really reasonable price which I think is so worth it for the level of service.
