The Bike Works Stirling

Stirling, Scotland: Having just arrived from Germany, the front disc brake on my e-bike seized up completely on the very first day of our four-week holiday in Scotland. As someone with a severe walking disability, I would be very limited without an e-bike. Luckily, I found The Bike Works Stirling online! They fixed the problem very quickly and with great expertise. The whole experience was marked by the friendliest warmth and helpfulness! When we collected the bike, we were given lots of helpful tips and a free map of the local area. A truly fantastic service that I would highly recommend!

Iain helped me with a Pinion warranty claim when many other shops had turned me down. Great guy and very friendly I'll be sure to give him business in the future.

Iain built me a pair of wheels for a bike packing trip across Spain and after a month of very hard riding they were still true. An easy guy to deal with - very knowledgeable, friendly and super efficient.

Ian fixed the problem there & then for me. Gave great advice and the charge was very reasonable. A lot less than I expected to pay. Some other places wanted to carry out a full-scale operation which would have cost a lot more. Will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough 5*

Heard great things about Iain and his shop through a friend. Usually do all my mechanics myself but was caught short with two wheels badly needing some repairs. Dropped them off at short notice at 2pm and Iain had them all sorted by 4.30pm that same day. Clearly very knowledgeable, very pleasant service all in for a good fair price. Would highly recommend and use again!
