Stirling Builders

Antonio and the team have completed 3rd project with us. Our double extension was completed within time and the budget set. There were elements of the original design that Antonio provided some really creative alternatives for unused spaces. The team installed illuminated features to created a feature from an unused overly large cupboard area in the eaves. The project met our expectations and standards. I would recommend Stirling Builders for their professionalism and their level of creativity.

We would thoroughly recommend Stirling Builders. The team were great from start to finish and extremely hard working. Their attention to detail was excellent and they kept a clean and tidy site throughout. Work done: New uPVC windows upstairs Facias & guttering replaced Windows painted downstairs New composite doors fitted New rear dormer window Reharled garden wall

I phoned numerous builders and plumbers to book the re-connection of my toilet; it included taking the splash backs down, dismantling the toilet systems, and adding new pipe work to the internal waste system of the tenement. It was a job too hassle-some for everyone except Antonio and Stirling Builders. They organised a quick visit and gave a speedy quote indicating the work to be done and the hourly rates for services. Everything was up front and Antonio was happy to discuss the various issues surrounding the job. They reconnected the toilet successful, and left the bathroom pristine, even repairing a hole in the plasterboard that a different plumber had created. As a second part of the job, the toilet was not emptying as it should (unknown blockage and unknown problem!) and Antonio immediately had just the specialist for the job who could work out the problem and fix it. Had Antonio not had the knowledge and experience to get the right tradesman for the job, the work could easily have escalated to the removal of floor boards and excavation - not necessary when you have the right equipment and skilled people. Antonio works at great speed for you, and always communicates quickly and efficiently. I really appreciated the speed with which he worked, even if it meant an administrative invoice error along the way. I would recommend Stirling Builders for any job at all and am certain they would always find a way of helping. Great service, easy to deal with and I'm so grateful for all their work.
