Halfords Stirling

I booked a battery test for my car after a breakdown service told me my battery needed replacing. I was served by Cammy who was welcoming and friendly then Murray who checked the battery, again very friendly, knowledge and efficient. I was there around 10 minutes and no need for a battery replacement after all. The check was free which was a bonus. I’ll definitely use Halfords again. Thank you.

I’ve been shopping at the Halfords Stirling store for years — everything from bulbs and tools to pressure washers, toolboxes, car cleaning products and more. They’ve always got what I need, and the trade card is a total lifesaver for regular savings. What really makes this store stand out is the team especially Morgan. She went above and beyond to help me choose the right pressure washer by taking the time to explain the differences between models and matching it to what I actually needed. She was friendly, patient and genuinely helpful not pushy at all. Consistently great service, reliable stock and knowledgeable staff is why I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Just wanted to thank Kenny and team who were very helpful in assembling and explaining how to use our new e-bike. Kenny also took his time to ensure we selected the correct accessories for the bike - very grateful.

I came in today with a very unique problem — my phone had fallen down the back of my radiator and I needed something to retrieve it. One guy suggested a grabber with a light that would be long enough to grab the phone and be skinny enough to fit between the radiator and the wall. I'm so pleased to say that the grabber worked perfectly and I have my phone back! I wish I got the staff members' names but I'm sure they'll recognise my one of a kind issue. Thank you so much, you guys are life savers 🙏🏻

Crap weather , Great welcoming customer service. I was in need to replace a main dipped bulb for my car . So off to Stirling I went once I thought i had the right bulb i approached the counter and Holly was a star. She checked to see if I had the right bulb and friendly asked if I wanted to sign up for the halfords motor club and she kindly explained the benefits. Staff like her are worth their weight in Gold. thanks to all A
