Tactical Security Options Limited

Dean and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were so helpful, professional and supportive in what was honestly a complete bullshit situation for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they handled everything calmly and efficiently, which made a stressful experience so much easier. What really stood out was how genuinely kind and caring they were. It was lovely to see security staff who actually cared about a group of girls away from home and made sure we were safe and looked after after being treated quite poorly by a venue earlier in the night. They handled everything with professionalism, humour and kindness and we really appreciated it. Would highly recommend Dean and the team — thank you again!

I attended an excellent personal safety training presented by Dave (Tactical Security) as a volunteer at the Olive Branch in Lancaster. Dave made it interesting, interactive and relevant to potential situations that we may encounter when dealing with guests. I would thoroughly recommend this training to similar organisations.

A massive shoutout to Dean and Lego man! They did amazing when ejecting a gent who started on my flatmate. Was dealt with professionally and swiftly! Definitely returning to the venue when they are working. 100/10 recommend the ejection technician

We have used Dave and his team regularly over the last few years, they are extremely professional and no job is too big or too small. They go above and beyond. It is very reassuring to know that myself and my team are always supported and feel safe especially when issues have unfortunately arisen. These issues again have been dealt with in a highly professional manner and this is reflected in the positive feedback from our regulars and also visitors. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work over the weekend.. you guys are amazing. Thank You ❤️

Dave very kindly came and provided a personal safety training session for our community at Moorlands Islamic Centre in Lancaster. During the unfortunate riots that took place a few months ago, many members of the community were left feeling unsafe and there multiple reports of women being racially assaulted, including one lady being cornered in a car park by a group of thugs! Dave came out of his way on the day of the demonstrations in Lancaster to help protect the Lancaster Islamic Society mosque in the town centre. He later contacted me and offered to provide the personal security training session for the community. The session was excellent! Informing us about the possible real dangers that exist and how to avoid/ get out of dangerous situations. Dave and his partner also showed us his collection of “weapons” that are found on the streets which was really eye opening! The session was provided to all age groups in our community and they all gave excellent feedback! 5/5 from us! Thanks again Dave, can’t thank you enough for making an entire community of people feel more able to keep themselves safe!
