S.P Plastering and Damp Proofing Services

I highly recommend Sean at S.P Plastering and damp proofing services. He rectified damp on the wall of my downstairs bedroom and added a newly insulated and plastered wall as well as offering advice for future. From my initial enquiry, providing a quote, fitting in and completing the work to a high standard, Sean has been responsive, reliable and friendly. The amount charged was reasonable and Sean cleared up at each stage. He literally cleaned the floor on his way out of the door. Thanks for doing a great job, Sean.

Contacted Sean regarding some damp within the house. He was very quick to respond and attend the house for an assessment. He was clear with what needed to be done, the cost and his availability. Sean attended whilst we were away on holiday and carried out the work exactly as specified. He wasn’t comfortable finishing an electrical socket so he arranged for someone else to do this work. Efficient communication keeping us updated throughout the process and sending pictures, high standard of work and cleaned up afterwards. I would highly recommend and do not hesitate to use. Sean is an honest person, prices are reasonable. We’ll be contacting Sean again when we renovate the house further.

Sean repointed the back wall of our house and damp proofed some interior walls. He and his team did an amazing job. Sean’s calmness and professionalism was very reassuring and he was great at keeping us informed on what was going on. This was a tricky job in many ways, but Sean breezed through it and we are very pleased with the results. We will definitely use him again without a doubt. *Highly recommend*

Sean's workmanship was spot on when he treated and re-plastered our chimney breast wall after extensive water damage from a leak. The job looks great. Have to commend him for excellent communication prior to and throughout the work - he kept us informed and was proactive in getting in touch, which we really appreciated and made the whole thing stress-free. Sean was very polite to deal with, and was respectful of our property, and generally was a pleasure to have working in our home. Without question we will contact him again for any future jobs!

Sean did a great job on a damp wall in my mum's house. He's also a decent and honest bloke who didn't overcharge and didn't take the extra payment from my 90 year old mum when she tried to overpay him. Thanks very much Sean
