Smooths

My dad and I were in town visiting for a few days and only had a few days left with the need to have some clothes and bed sheets cleaned on short notice the same day. Exceeded our expectation with the bed sheets and small load, and they were able to meet our needs in a timely fashion. On top of that, I am very, very happy Smooths does not wash laundry with strong smelling detergent as I do not like fragrances. Overall very satisfied and I would come back here if I was local to here. It was also nice that their location is tucked away in the back, so it is a bit more quiet and no hassle with parking.

Polite staff Exactly what I ask for and well pressed etc. I use regularly for bedding, towels, jeans, t-shirts, shirts. Always happy with the service Thank you very much

We have been using Smooths for a few times from Sept '25 and feel like we've finally come home. From my son's gigantic & mauldy personal laundry due to no dryer at home and a continuous rain that prevented drying outside, to his very fluffy white winter coat that needed some special TLC, we were very satisfied by these very hard working, tenacious ladies. My son's white coat had so many stains, it was a sorry sight. It was returned to us spotless, like new. He was chuffed and so was I. These ladies are "stains terminators". The white coat job definitely closed the deal for us... We used to go to Johnstons or Timpson but now we prefer Smooths because after the white coat job, we KNOW they'll take good care of our laundry. Also, a big advantage is that we can park right in front of the store, whereas in Morrisons, you need to park in the big car park & walk some distance. I am tired of hauling big loads like I am a camel. With Smooths, I park right in front and am done in 5 minutes. The ladies are super friendly and to tell you the truth, I'm in awe at their work ethics: I got a text saying our clothes were ready at 6:30am! Amaaaazing. I respect that. Lastly, they're in Springkerse so they're close to my favourite B&Q, Wickes & B&M so what's not to like about it?

Great team of people here, all very hard working. Very pleasant to speak to and will try and accommodate your needs and timescales. We have been using this company this year for all our holiday home needs and they have done a fantastic job.

This laundry service accepted my wedding dress to clean and iron they then had the front of dress on display when I went to collect. They put the dress in the bag dress charged £100 and iv came home. Had a final fitting for dress just last week and realised that the material for my corset was missing. Contacted the dry cleaners one member of staff has admitted to seeing the material on dress and that she would get boss to check cameras and order an new piece for dress. 5 days later we have had to go back and ask to speak to manager, his attitude is disgusting asked me to send him the link for replacement piece and when i did he said im being disingenuous and to go to a lawyer. I have 4 weeks to the wedding and cannot wear my dress. This company has been no help whats so ever. So yes next step is lawyer!
