Fresh & Clean Laundry and Dry Cleaners

Used this laundry service while travelling in Stirling. Price at £15 was reasonable, however when repacking suitcase found some items were still unclean. I had to hand wash so it was a waste of money.

I had my laundry done here on my last day of travelling in Stirling last month. Very friendly lady and good pick-up experience. I paid 15 pounds for only a few pieces of clothes, but since it had to be done I accepted the price. Only once I checked them back at the hotel, I realised two socks had vanished. And of two different pairs of course too. I went back the next day to see if they had been forgotten in one of the machines. They hadn't and I had to leave Stirling with a "sorry about that". After having some time to think on it, I emailed the place, asking for a refund or discount as I had quite literally lost some of the clothes I put into their hands. Haven't heard back since, and frankly I am disappointed.

We were in Stirling on holiday and looking for a place to do our washing when I came across this place. We dropped our washing off at 10:00am, went out for the day and it was all washed, folded and ready to go when we returned at 4:00pm. Great same day service, very reasonably priced and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Great service & very kind ladies. Dropped off our clothes around 9:30 and picked up after 1:00. Very reasonable price also. When travelling the last thing we want to do is spend hours in a laundromat! Would highly recommend Fresh & Clean.

Absolutely loved it, brilliant service. I was in Stirling for a holiday and needed to wash my clothes. Dropped off my washing and was notified by text when it was done. Very easy simple service and great customer service!
