Smart Pest Control Ltd. (East London Office)

Outstanding service. Greeted by a friendly chap on the phone that goes through all the price options. Then a pest control turn up (on time), thoroughly go through the room with a steamer and commercial grade spay. I must admit I tried using a few sprays from Amazon, they didn't work. They then came back for second visit and repeated the same exercise again. Very friendly and professional service from beginning to end. I highly recommend them and would be my goto for pest control in future. A+++++

Ozzie provided an excellent pest control service. He was extremely thorough, carefully checking every part of the house to identify any potential issues. He took the time to properly seal and plug entry points, which gave us real confidence that the problem was being handled at its source. He also placed bait strategically and explained what he was doing throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Ozzie spent over an hour making sure everything was covered, and his attention to detail really stood out. Overall, a very professional and diligent service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing reliable pest control.

Ozzie was brilliant, he was extremely thorough throughout the whole house and left no stone unturned . Friendly, kind and professional. Lovely man and great job! Thank you ☺️☺️

Fantastic experience working with this company. They were here within 48 hours of us contacting them, arrived punctually at the scheduled time, quickly identified the source of the problem and set about fixing it. We could not have been more impressed with the service that Ozzy provided.

Ozzy arrived on time and was very friendly. He understood my problem right away and was very quick at getting started and getting on with resolving my issue. He was very thorough and went under all appliances and kick boards. He even filled in some extra holes for me too. I'd happily use Smart Pest Control again and I'd happily have Ozzy in my home again. Great work, mate.
