simply the pest london

Can only give a good review based on my experience this morning with Lee, who came and performed a free inspection promptly after I called yesterday. Friendly and helpful, he gave some sensible advice about how to monitor the situation before spending any money. This is how a company builds long term clients, through being trustworthy and genuinely helpful! Will always use them in future.

I called on a weekend evening after an unexpected issue at home, and they responded straight away. The technician arrived very quickly, which I really appreciated. He was extremely kind and professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His calm and reassuring manner really helped put me at ease, and I now feel confident that it won’t be an ongoing problem. Excellent service, especially given how late it was. I‘d highly recommend here.

We had a pest issue and called yesterday, and an appointment was booked for today. The technician arrived right on time, was very efficient, and thoroughly checked everything. He reassured us that the treatment was complete and advised us to call if we notice anything within 14 days. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you!

Called this morning and within an hour had pest control specialist coming to my house in Beckton. Professionally Inspected behind the fridge where the rats are at and did the job fast.

Simply The Pest London were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were punctual, professional, and extremely well-mannered. I was asking so many questions and they patiently answered every single one, explaining exactly what they were going to do, how they would do it, and what I could expect throughout the process. Their work was thorough, efficient, and highly effective. They worked hard and paid great attention to every detail, making sure nothing was overlooked. I was particularly impressed by how tidy and clean they left everything after the work was finished. They told me they would come back and do a follow-up to check on the job, which shows how dedicated they are to doing it right. Their dedication, expertise, and professionalism make them a truly exceptional service. I cannot recommend them highly enough and would confidently give them a five-star rating
