Screwfix Salisbury Southampton Road

Apart from being on the Southampton Road the store and staff cannot be faulted and happy with everything. Not being a trades person I rely on other customer reviews which have been helpful, most of my purchases have been for basic tools and gardening stuff which have all done the job well.

Good service Excellent value

Superb service from this branch. We had to return a faulty wallpaper stripper under guarantee, but didn't have the receipt. The staff were incredibly helpful in tracing the original transaction so we could be given a replacement item. Superb.

Screwfix has always been good. With the covid-19 pandemic still around, they have managed to supply their full range with almost immediate collection. You can't buy from the shop anymore but I never have, I've always bought from the website and either had delivery or collected in store so this change hasn't affected me. They have extra staff on hand to make sure that contact us kept to a minimum so I can only compliment them. Good one, Screwfix!

Really helpful staff able to give advice. Large range of products in store & they're happy to order from other stores or direct to where something's in stock.
