Screwfix Salisbury Churchfields Ind Est

Jamie at this store was very helpful, we urgently needed some supplies after forgetting our bike lock keys on route to a trip away, Jamie was friendly, efficient and helped us get the items we needed to back on the road very quickly after the unexpected visit. 10/10 customer service!

I have visited a lot of Screwfix stores over the last 15 years however this branch always goes that extra mile. I just want to say what a welcoming and helpful team. All staff are very helpful and greet me and my staff with a friendly smile. For instance, on today’s visit Charlotte, not only offered me a drink but was very friendly and helpful ,while checking if they had a certain drill bit and specific cutting blades, my instruction's where vague however she found what I was looking for. I would like to say a massive thank you to the entire team for always making our visits so enjoyable

Had a very helpful staff member Oliver help me find exactly what I need - he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Would recommend this location to anyone doing a DIY project. Thank you!

I recently visited Screwfix in Churchfields, Salisbury, and I'm delighted to share my positive experience. The staff, including Harry, Helen, Amelia, Mark, and Molly, provided fantastic help and guidance. Their expertise and friendly assistance made my visit enjoyable. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!

Great store, with very helpful and knowledgeable staff that are very friendly. Helen and Charlotte are two particularly helpful staff. It is a shame so much stock is next day when you least need it to be, but that is not the staff’s fault of course.
