Screwfix Amesbury Solstice Park

On Solstice Park and easy access. Area outside has plenty of parking and always tidy and clean. Inside always clean and tidy. The tablets for ordering or collecting always working and clean. The team are always happy, friendly, helpful and professional. I am regular to this store and will continue to be for a very long time.

We had a problem with a Titan pressure washer which we bought online some months ago. We contacted the team online and we were told to take the pressure washer to the Amesbury store for a swap. When we got to the store, there was no hassles, no one asked us silly questions and it was pretty easy to have our request sorted out. The staff processed our request without delay and suggested other stores closer to us to pick up the replacement. We opted to pick up at the Amesbury store and the replacement arrived within a day. We were also informed we had a £10 voucher to use in store because the pressure washer was selling £10 cheaper than when we bought. The sincerity of the team is commendable!

Always perfect in here, so convenient to have in the town. Fast service and great selection in stock for collection. Lad at the till in the evening was very helpful and polite.

Great place for your DIY. Order on line ,pick up ten minutes later. Excellent staff and service.

Arrived at 7am Wednesday 27th of May waited till 7.15am with no one arriving to open the store and in that time span I watched between 10-15 other tradesman leave due to this. Ended up canceling my click and collect to get it else where.
