SBM Surrey Building Maintenance LTD

SBM and Bogdan transformed my Victorian home. We did ground floor through loft and solutions were found for stair restoration; marble foyer and beautiful hardwood floors and cornices. He was even able to rewire room by room. The work was museum quality and done on time and in budget. I highly recommend SBM and Bogdan.

Bogdan fixed a damp wall and painted a room for us, and we have been very impressed with the quality of his work. His work was top quality, a fair price and executed to a high standard and we are very happy to have found someone we can trust. We will be using Bogdan again in the future and recommending him to neighbours and friends. Thank you again for the great work.

Very pleased with Bogdan's service. He and his colleague arrived on time and completed the work in one day including taking down the climbing clematis, removing black mould and applying inhibitor, followed by two coats of paint and then putting back the climbing hydrangea on its original wires. Everything below the painting protected with plastic sheeting and no mess to clear up. Highly recomended.

Bodgan is a reliable and experienced professional. We hired to do several different jobs that included carpentry and decorating. What really stood out was his efficiency and friendly attitude. He explained what he was doing, offered helpful suggestions for preventing future issues, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I will definitely hire him again.

I don’t know what I’d do without Bogdan. I have 2 properties and can rely on Bogdan to sort out all my maintenance issues whether electrical, plumbing, decking, roofing, or even gardening. He has also project managed a new paving installation for me. It doesn’t matter if it’s a big or small job, SBM does quality workmanship without delay.
