BigFunction Property Maintenance

Albert from BigProperty Maintenance arranged a time to come and quote on a job for two toilets that had different issues (one very noisy when flushed and the other over running). He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues within minutes through showing the cause of the problem in terms of build up of lime scale on one and inlet valve/pipe issue with the other. After quickly diagnosing the problems Albert was able to service one toilet straight away, which now operates perfectly. A professional service that I would recommend and would use again. Thank you.

Albert is "top class": always available; hard-worker; very good work; extremey reliable; always providing the right information; able to do any work and has a good network of good people. He is also very pleasant. I don't think you will find better than him! I have been using his sevices for a year: 100% perfect!

Have been using BigFunction Property Maintenance for a couple of years now and the service has always been great. Albert always communicates well on all jobs and performs to a high standard. Keep it up!

Albert was really helpful and did an excellent job on some maintenance work on my property. He even helped me with some DIY work as a gesture of goodwill. I would definitely engage him again in the future.

Excellent service top quality finish and value for money. I had my house replastered and painted and I'm very pleased.
