This company is an utter disgrace. If we could leave 0 stars we would. They are rude, incompetent and clearly a fraud. We are now taking legal action to hopefully get them shut down. Lisa Ward from Accounts has a horrific attitude and 0 customer service skills and should not be working with people.

One advice - keep away form this company. No one seems to know what is going on, and who does what. Very bad accounts and customer service. They don't respond to people's inquiry and they don't look after their clients. The receptionist refused to give me the director's (Tamara) full name (the person who WILL deal with my query..one day) I have been their client for the past 15 years, and this is the service I get. Ridiculous..

Unprofessional and unhelpful to the point of negligence. After failing to directly acknowledge a recent complaint, no one was able to advise me of processes for escalating a complaint to an ombudsman or regulatory body.
