If I could give less than 1 star I would. Invoices not sent out and then unfair late payment charges made. Failure to deliver basic contractual services. Terrible company.

Awful company, IPM branch have no phone numbers on emails as they clearly don't want you to call them. Over a year of unactioned issues in the building, yet they will still take your money for services they don't even provide and still list on the bill. Cowboys.

Worst management company ever. They lie, they scam and they make you run in circles to arrive back to the starting point... They took over everybody's data energy account without our consent and now we are not able to check our gas usage and I'm pretty sure that's not even legal as I asked some property lawyers and they told me that. My gas usage is not a property business that's my own business. I'm still waiting for them to reply me although they made me run circles for a month and when I told them they scam us they finally referred me to the utilities department... I'm still waiting for their reply to my questions... Never appoint this company as management company as they are literally the worst. See other reviews under Remus and no wonder they only got 1 star, although zero would be more accurate.

Not a good service at all. They recently took over our estate which is a new build. They send out all manner of documents under the same e mail heading "documents" . Newsletters, updates, invitations, and invoices. If you fail to notice that you have an invoice, they fine you. And they have blocked the sale of my house until I pay their "fine".

No service charge letters received but charged a fee for late payment. All previous invoices paid on time. No issues paying the service charge even though they don’t do anything! Got a poor email back from Jay B in customer service. If you’re thinking about using this company. Do not use.
