Remus Management

Would give this company zero stars if I could. I'm a single parent/single income household, they have issued my maintenance statement 3 months late for the last 2 years on the trot therefore making my direct debit payments astronomical!!! The have not tended to the flower beds under my back windows (ground floor) for well over a year, rose plant and small tree out of control and reaching almost first floor height RIDICULOUS. LASTLY....they have issued me a balancing invoice today for the time frame 01/06/22- 31/05/2023 nearly 7 months late!! Telling me I owe them £60.72 and they will be deducting it on the 15th of December 10 days before Xmas!! On top of the 90 odd pounds I already pay every month for them to do the bare minimum aka cut the grass once a quarter and occasionally cleaning the windows!!! Disgusting!!! You should be ashamed!!!

I am selling my house and must say Molly wheeler has be extremely helpful and very quick with her response to emails I have sent, well done Molly credit to the company.

Remus management is completely useless. I have been asking for my windows to be done for months with no response they collect the maintenance and that is all they think about.

Paying maintenance for work that doesnt get done. Unfortunately cant give less stars. Mould in hallways. Cleaning is a disgrace. Gardening hardly gets done. Entrance doors not closing so druggies wondering around at stupid o'clock where people are meant to feel safe including older people and venerable people and people with children. Broken window glass by bins so its a hazard. Lights not working properly inside and out the hole place is a health and safety hazard. Young children and baby's in flats and the stair bannister's are not legal as there is to much of a gap. All this reported and nothing gets done. You ring this company tell them all the problems. They someone else rings them and they lie saying they didn't know. Well they do as all my calls are recorded so they are bare faced liars and cheats
