Roman Security Group Ltd.

At first we were disappointed with our latest alarm maintenance service. In the past these services carried out by Roman have been very thorough but this time some of the tests had not been done. We informed Roman of our problems and they were very responsive. They arranged to come round immediately and carried out a thorough check including all the items that we felt had been missed. So although we were not happy at first the response to our complaint was excellent. We will definitely continue to use them.

Excellent and very professional service from Jordan and the team at Roman Security. From the initial survey & quote through to the installation, testing and walking us through the system, all really well done.

I had a great experience working with Austin to fix the alarm and camera system at my house. He was incredibly professional and knowledgeable, quickly diagnosing the issues and resolving them efficiently. What really stood out was his timing—he showed up right on schedule and completed everything faster than I expected without compromising on quality. Everything has been working perfectly since. Highly recommend Austin for anyone needing reliable and timely security system help! I highly recommend Romans!

Efficient and friendly admin team sorted the quote and booking, then on the day, the engineer arrived on time, was very polite, did a great job, and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend Roman Security Group.

Austin, Jordan, and the team did a great job installing a security alarm at my house. They were professional, efficient, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Great service from start to finish—highly recommend!
