I haven’t had my ears cleaned before so was a little nervous on arrival. Mary helped me feel at ease immediately. She asked questions and explained the procedure both before and as it was being carried out. It was painless & I can hear again. I would definitely recommend. Planning to send my husband to see her soon.

Reasonably priced ear wax removal service. I didn't fully follow the advice of using Earol for 5 days prior to my appointment (only 2.5 days) but Marie took the effort to still successfully ensure my ears were unblocked fully. It's the second time using the service in as many years. I will be back again if the issue recurs.

Mary is absolutely excellent. I never like having my ears suctioned but she makes it such a pleasant experience. She's very kind and thoughtful. Totally painless too.
