Remus Management

Diabolical. Beyond words in the negative sense for so called ‘management’. Will be referring this company to The Property Ombudsman and if I’d only researched further into this company before buying a new build from Taylor Wimpey, I wouldn’t have purchased the property. Nor will I be investing in any property in the future that has any association with Remus Management. Their bills are extortionate, I don’t trust them at all, I have no evidence of them doing anything and I’ve been subjected to their incompetence and dubious accounting standards for 5 years. Cost after cost after cost. The whole development is fed up with this ridiculous organisation and we are considering a group action. I pray for the day we see Remus in court and compensation awarded to all of us who’ve been subjected to this company. Take a look at their feedback. There is clearly a toxic view over a prolonged period of time and in my experiences, the score is not even worthy of one star. There is zero care, zero trust, zero faith, and zero effort.

Tried 5 times to call accounts all I get is a VM for Emergency Services?! This means I can’t pay the bill they’ve just sent which is due, so they will have to wait for their money I guess!

Absolutely avoid Remus conveyancing team were sent an update on buyer's queries from Remus property manager on 9th December. Fast forward to 15th January, I call the property manager as we've not heard anything from conveyancing to be told the info was sent 5 weeks ago. Since followed up with an email and heard nothing. Just shocking, lazy service and a complete lack of care for their customers.

Very disappointed with the approach to collect the management fees. This company never updated the communication address and claim they send out invoices for the last 4 years. Now they ask to pay the outstanding bills, interest and fees payable to the company. Very shocked to see a huge bill!!

I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with Remus management . Despite promptly completing my payment , I began receiving overdue notices, causing unnecessary stress. After providing proof of payment and reassurances from their team, the issue remains unresolved for 2years. I hope they enhance their payment tracking and customer communication systems to prevent this from happening to others in the future. Wasting time sending emails screenshots of payments and calling an account team and now they send me letter from PDC. This shows how well organised is this company.
