I had a fantastic experience working with Pierce Matthews from Reed throughout my job search. He was supportive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right opportunity. Pierce’s guidance gave me much more confidence, and he was always available to answer questions and provide encouragement. Thanks to Pierce’s expertise and dedication, the whole recruitment process felt much smoother and less stressful. Amanda Whillans - thank you to Kate Irvine for all her help whilst I was looking for a new post. The posts she suggested were all relevant and of interest to me. Good clear advice was given by Kate and good help with interview technique. I was always able to speak to Kate or if she was in an able she would always call me back. I was kept updated at all times and found Kate to be professional and helpful.

I had an outstanding experience with Chris Jones at Reed Recruitment. Chris was proactive, supportive, and genuinely took the time to understand my background and the type of role I was looking for. As someone who had never used a recruitment agency before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Chris made the whole process smooth and reassuring. His communication was excellent throughout, and his guidance was invaluable. Highly recommend. Thank you, Chris for all your support!

Amazing customer service to say the least. The follow-ups are very timely and the correspondence is clear. I have to particularly mention John Arthur, exceptional from the very first phone call, he is friendly and professional, encouraging me all the way to my first job offer. If you are lucky to get the ReedxJohn combo, then you are in great hands.
