Fuller Property

Fuller Property helped me to smoothly transition from long-term letting to AirBnB letting. Simon and Valentina are professional and friendly and I feel that my flat is extremely well looked after. I would highly recommend them if you are considering providing holiday accommodation to visitors to Edinburgh.

Fuller Property have made my Air Bnb a huge success! They have managed my property and plenty of bookings for over a year now. From assisting with the interior finish at the early stages to photography to getting it online then managing guest bookings, queries and the cleaning side, I could not recommend them enough. I have not had to worry or think about the property for the duration as everything is taken care of by Fuller Property - this in itself is a testament of the quality service provided. The reviews from guests are always 5* for being sparkling clean and for the communication. I couldn't ask for a better service!

Fuller Property helped me to change my property from a long-term let to a holiday let. As a landlord I wanted to make the most of my property and they have increased my revenue while providing a quality management service. Guest reviews are five star with high praise for cleaning and the cosy 'home away from home' experience. Guests want to return, my property is in safe hands and best of all its totally stress-free. I recommend!

I am very satisfied with the cozy and comfortable facilities that feel like home.
