Property Stop Estate Management

Avoid this company at all costs, their rates would imply you're paying for a private residents gym and 24/7 concierge service. Property Stop provide constant service charge increases that bear no relation to any actual work done. Bills arrive with little warning, often including retrospective charges for alleged works from months earlier. Despite the rising costs, the building has seen zero meaningful upgrades—no repairs to common areas, no improvements to facilities. This is negligent management dressed up as a service. Residents pay more every year for less.

I can’t recommend Property Stop Estate Managment enough! Their team is responsive, professional and genuinely caring. From day one they’ve handled every detail of my maintenance issue with seamless communication & top notch customer service. They turned, what could have been a headache into a very straightforward situation. I would recommend

Excellent management of the block of flats where we have our leasehold in Staines. Transparent accounts, prompt identification of issues and solutions, very responsive team and on point communications. Easy administration. Very pleased with all our iterations and dealings with PSEM and particularly with Deborah and Mark.

Not a bad word to say about Mark at PSEM and the team, brilliant experience all round and honestly can't fault them. I've had multiple management companies and would highly recommend Mark and PSEM. They do what they say when they say they will and keep to their word and have excellent support and communication. Great company

Fantastic service from Deborah and the team. Problem sorted quicker than expected . Thank you so much. Highly recommend.
