Poundland

This store has gone down hill, due to some of staff attitude If you ask for something you cannot find, told various times if it's not there on shelves don't have it, They don't even go looking for it. Shocking attitude.Avoid

It's strange to visit poundland and have to look at the prices of items. But guess that is the world we live in. However, if feels like the variety of items for sale has diminished. You could once find lots of weird and wonderful things. However, I did see an interaction with the store manager and a member of his staff on the sales floor. He seemed friendly, polite and respectful towards them. Seeing this did bring a smile to my experience

Nearly got knocked over by a member of staff in stirling store With a trolley overflowing with stock piled so high that she was unable to see we're she was going. And crashed straight into me . I now have a large bruise on my arm.. not once did I receive an apology or ask if I was ok. By anyone in store. if it wasn't for the fact I had to get back to my own job.. I would have taken this further at the time.. a letter will be sent to head office. Along with pictures... absolutely shocking. BTW your supposed to pull trollies and cages not push.. So staff training needed on health and safety handling

Usual experience in these type of shops some great bargains if simliar to other bargain shops with lots if handy cheap tools, stationary , electronic accessories, food and drinks making this a cheap place to grab a bite get a replacement charger or medicine's when in the area. As this is right across from the toilets and car park access this is a great location within the shopping centre.

The young blonde girl working here is a complete gem and a breath of fresh air. So very helpful! Really went above and beyond and was a pleasure to deal with.
