What fabulous staff in this store, anytime I go shopping there the staff can’t be any nicer. The guy that is always on the checkout is so lovely and cheery you never get him any other way. The duty manager and the male assistant who was helping in the stockroom with stock were so polite and both helped with my query . So helpful . Wish other stores were like this.

Visited store tonight. Store a bit of a mess boxes, stock left in cages all round the store and it’s not just a couple of them. Rubbish on floor. A lot of items on shelf with no price tags for them and some with wrong price tag for item it’s in front of. Queuing time at the tills is shocking. 3 times the person on the only till open asked for help before it happened. Not a nice impression on the manager if that’s how they let their store look.

Shops a mess with cages and boxes all over the store and with most unattended. Not a good sight, looks like they need more staff. The queues at the tills are always a nightmare and never enough staff on them.

I was in buying garden furniture and was helped by Kevin. He helped me to the till and then out to my car. The advice he gave me was brilliant, helping me to decide what to buy. Thanks again.

Good sized store, great bargains and friendly, helpful staff.
