"I am absolutely disgusted with the service from The Pinnacle Group. Despite reporting serious safety issues, including neighbors throwing glass bottles, screws, and nails at me while I am carrying my newborn baby to the car, management (specifically Gary Atkins) has dismissed my evidence, claiming items 'fell from the sky.' We deal with loud music until the afternoon, rubbish dumped outside our windows, and the smell of drugs coming through our extractor fan. When I moved in, there were live wires left out and the house was incomplete. They have zero regard for the safety of a young family and refuse to take any enforcement action against anti-social behavior. Avoid this management company if you value your safety and sanity."
