Martin & Co

When selling a property you have to take a leap of faith when choosing a sales agency even after doing the usual searches and reviews. Experiences can be so variable. Happy to say Martin & Co exceeded our expectations with a steady flow of viewings and some second viewings in short order. Paul Curtis the Sales Manager guided us through the process with his expert local knowledge and wealth of experience. And yes we did accept an offer within the agreed contract period. Would highly recommend Martin & Co. Thanks also to the other team members for playing their invaluable part.

Louis Godfrey, Property Consultant, was exceptional in providing great service to me and my family; we were searching to find a rental property. Louis was very well presented in his appearance and was professional in his mannerisms and approach, for a young person. He was very welcoming when we visited the property and made sure we were comfortable while viewing the house. He showcased the property very well and answered all our questions and was attentive to our needs. From the very beginning, when he took my call to processing everything, he responded very quickly and efficiently. He is an asset to Martin & Co. Other members of Martin & Co have also been very quick and efficient with their service. Well done to Louis and the team for great service.

Martin & Co Chelmsford Estate and Letting Agents and Tonia ( to be precise) have truly been the most reliable letting agency I have experienced. I have used other letting agencies in the past and I can confidently say that Martin & Co are very different. They provide a first-class service and respond promptly whenever a problem is brought to their attention. Unlike some other agencies, where issues can take a long time to be addressed, Martin & Co act quickly and efficiently to ensure that matters are resolved. They are reliable, professional and provide tenants with excellent support. Special thanks to Tonia, my main point of contact at Martin & Co. She is always quick to respond, stays on top of everything and checks in with me throughout the process. She has never let me down. I will definitely refer Martin & Co to all my friends and family.

We’ve been working with Martin & Co for some time now, providing photography for their property listings, and they have been an absolute pleasure to work with. The team is friendly, professional, reliable, and always great to communicate with. We really value the relationship we’ve built and look forward to continuing to work together. Highly recommend Martin & Co to anyone looking for a fantastic team to work with.

I worked with agent Libby to find and secure a suitable property for my incoming move to Essex. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process, from the viewing request to the point of completing my application. Libby was also very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had about the property. She was very responsive when supporting me through the application process and negotiated a deal that I was happy with. Libby is an excellent agent and someone I would definitely recommend to others! Thanks Libby.
