absolutely terrible. he made my cousin literally move out in 24 hours because the landlord found out people were in there. she also left stuff behind in the air bnb and he kept omitting as to what he would do with the stuff. genuinely just avoid. terrible. he also got them to transfer money to an account after they previously booked on Airbnb. so please beware of that also. update: you also shouldn’t be illegally subletting apartments and forcing people to move out because the actual owner found out you’re subletting. i can confirm that this isn’t a fake review. go and view his trustpilot. everyone is literally saying the same thing and we all can’t be fake reviews. you’ll end up booking an apartment then be forced to move out in haste once the actual landlord finds out you’re there. SMH.

Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend As a landlord I had an absolutely awful experience with this company. They take days to respond to messages, and ignore phone calls completely, especially when there are important issues to resolve. Linens I supplied for the property went missing and were stolen. They’re now lying, claiming they were never provided, which is simply untrue. The money I received for the rental was minimal, and the entire process was extremely difficult and frustrating. This company does not seem trustworthy, and from what I’ve heard, they’ve let other people down as well. I would strongly advise others to avoid working with them.

Amazing service throughout. Had complications booking however there was a direct chat which was quick and easy to use with fast replies! Amazing communication throughout the whole process. The apartment itself was very clean and had all the essential items. I felt very comfortable for my weekend stay. Such amazing value for money! Would deffo recommend to others and will be staying here again in the future. Answered all my questions and emailed me on the first day of my stay asking if I required anything else. Honestly amazing! Thank you once again.

Great experience during tough times. Needed a long term place during COVID-19 as a key worker. Great fast booking. Professional and excellent service. Flexible with on going situation and delivered everything that was necessary. Apartment fully furnished to high standards. Definitely would use again. Sam provided outstanding customer service from start to finish of a 2 month stay. 100% recommending to my friends and colleagues.

They provide a great experience for their guests. Five stars from me. Would definitely book again.
