We contacted Rav at Concordia Facility Management on a Saturday in January after a leak at the museum, as we couldn’t find a plumber who would attend on a weekend. Far from being an inconvenience, Rav was only too willing to help and got a plumber and electrician to site within the hour. This impressed us and as such we will be sure to use Rav and Concordia again, not only as potential fit-out contractors, but also as emergency contractors. After doing such a good job of resolving our emergency repair and replacing our water heater, we asked Rav for a quote for replacing a kitchen counter top in one of our offices. The cost was competitive and the workmanship was second to none. The guys who fitted the counter even fixed a loose banister for us free of charge. The team always go the extra mile and we can’t rate them more highly. Thank you!
