I am very surprised at the positive reviews this company have after the way they have dealt with a leak from the roof into my bathroom vent every time it rains (since we had the bad storm). The leak appeared on Friday 5th December and it is still leaking as of today (29th January 2026). I was advised by my management company that Elevate had fixed the issue on the 18th December. On the evening of the same day it was leaking again. I advised my management company of this and it has been like pulling teeth to get a date for Elevate to come back out to investigate in my loft as Elevate have an inability to respond to emails/calls etc. An appointment was finally made on Thursday 15th January at 9am. I work full time in an office, I do not work from home so my work said I could be late and I would then make the time up. 9am came and no one turned up, no calls to say they were running late - even at 9.30am still no sign of anyone. My management company then tried to get hold of Elevate to find out what was going on. No apology or reason. I will say that it was the contractor that Elevate had employed to do this that is the one who let me down, however Elevate have made no attempt to get someone else and just keep saying they cant get hold of them. This has been the go to response every time. I have since tried to contact Elevate myself. After an email last Friday and x2 phone calls on Monday I finally got an email late Monday night with not much of an update. I then asked for a phone call yesterday and I am still waiting. I've now been advised that Elevate will arrange for someone to come out a week on Friday however again as already advised I work full time and I have plans in the evening - I certainly wont be cancelling anything or coming out of work for risk of being let down again. My flat is also ready to go on the market, which is now being held up by this delay. Elevate have wasted my time, have not fixed the issue correctly and have taken this long to sort a date out, so you should be working around me and coming out asap to fix this issue. Absolute disgrace. Edit: As you can see Elevate have provided a "damage limitation" response. Since my review and despite Elevate not fixing the job correctly, not investigating the job correctly and failing to come out when an appointment had been arrange leaving me late for work, they are now wanting more money to re-investigate. I have attempted to call Elevate today, and was advised I would get a call back shortly, I said I was only free for 15 minutes, have I had a call back, of course I haven't. Its safe to say that the reply to my initial complaint was simply to make themselves look good.

After my office front being subject to some vandalism , I called Elevate FM to deal with the repairs and clean up. Within less than 2 hours their tradesman were at my office dealing with emergency window boarding and clean up. Great efficient service.
