This pest control company DID NOT solve my rodent problem. I found Pestforce West London through the British Pest Control Association (BPCA). After reading their reviews on Google, Trustpilot, and their website, I thought they were a trustworthy and professional pest control company. I also spoke to the operator over the phone, who explained the process to me and sounded professional, so I decided to use their service. However, after spending £432 for three sessions (£144 per session), I am still having rodent problems in my house. During the first session, the technician told me that the best approach was for me to tell him everything I knew about the house because I knew the property best. Looking back, I should have seen this as a red flag, but I trusted the positive reviews I had read online. Rather than carrying out a thorough inspection himself to identify possible rodent entry points, the technician mainly proofed the areas that I pointed out based on my own limited knowledge of where the rodents might be entering. Between the first and second sessions, there were no signs of rodents, so I thought the technician had successfully sealed the entry points. Because everything seemed fine, I decided to wait about a month before arranging the third and final visit. However, around three weeks later, rodents entered my house again. The following day, I called their customer service number, but the call was immediately disconnected. I then received a message from Sean saying that he was with a client. I messaged him asking for a call back, but he never called me. I tried calling their number several more times but received no answer. I then contacted the BPCA to ask about the procedure for making a complaint. It turned out that the person I spoke to was also the operator who had originally spoken to me over the phone regarding Pestforce. I explained that the treatment had not worked, and we ended up arguing over the phone. She told me that she would speak to the technician before the third visit and make sure that the inspection was carried out properly. However, when the technician arrived for the third session, I told him that I had spoken to the operator and explained that the first two treatments had not worked. I asked whether she had spoken to him before his visit, and he told me that they had never had that conversation. The technician then followed essentially the same approach as before. He asked me what I knew about the house and sealed areas based largely on the possible entry points I identified, rather than identifying the source of the problem through his own thorough inspection. Another four weeks have now passed, and rodents have entered my house again. After paying £432 for three visits, I am back to square one. My main reason for hiring a professional pest control company was to have an experienced technician inspect my property, identify the rodent entry points that I could not identify myself, and properly proof them. Unfortunately, based on my experience, that did not happen, and the rodent problem remains unresolved.

Sean and his team were exceptional. They were fast, effective and also helped ease anxiety about the rat issues we experienced as a row of terrace houses. After extensive cctv of our drains, all breaches were repaired and none of us have experienced any rodent activity since. Also special thanks to Jay and Darren for their amazing work!

Sean and team provided a really excellent service at my home this week with some pigeon proofing. Communication beforehand was great and they clearly explained what the work would entail and the respective costs. Arrived on time and the guys were completely professional, friendly and diligent in their work. Within a few hours they sorted things and you'd never have known they were here by how well they not only cleaned the area but also the care they took coming in and out of my flat. Five days in and not a sign of the pesky Pigeons who had turned my garden into their toilet and I really cannot be happier with the service and result.

After contacting numerous organisations, including the local authority, the RSPCA and several wildlife trusts, Pestforce was the only company that clearly understood the rules and regulations surrounding our issue with parakeets nesting in our loft. Before visiting, Sean and Chris took the time to explain our options in detail and even provided links to the relevant government guidance, which gave us confidence that we were proceeding correctly. Throughout the process they were professional, knowledgeable, polite and courteous. The work was carried out diligently and to a high standard, and they successfully resolved what had become a very challenging problem. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would not hesitate to recommend Pestforce to anyone needing expert advice and a reliable service.
