Pest Protect Pest Control London

Excellent service. I was super impressed with how quickly they came and with their aftercare. They were very friendly and took time to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them.

I have had a rat problem for a long time, and no-one was able to sort it. I contacted pest protect and was not disappointed. Connor was an absolute gem, he got the job done with no issues at all. He was polite, friendly and gave me loads of information on how to maintain keeping the area rat free. He has also ensured that my cat or son wont be harmed with the products used. Thanks so much for your help. Its always appreciated.

I had a bad out break if bedbugs in my children’s room and contacted Connor, he answered my call straight away and booked me in within 3 days, his pricing was very good he came out and sprayed everywhere then came the following week and done it again I am covered for six months warranty. Once you make the payment on the first visit that is all I had to pay, I recommend this company to deal with those pest, Connor was very polite and respectful and answered all my questions I recommend them highly

Connor is a lovely, helpful bloke who came quickly, gave a professional service, eradicated the pests in my loft and gave me a reasonable price did an amazing job would recommend.

A complete waste of time and money ! Connor is highly unprofessional and extremely disorganised. After getting his payment of £300, he consistently arrives 1–2 hours late without any prior notice, forgets appointments, and never offers an apology. His customer service is very poor, he mixes up customers’ phone numbers and communication is unreliable. Most importantly, the issue was never resolved. Eventually I had to contact another company, as I kept having to chase Connor to return. After only a 3-minute inspection, Connor stated the problem was caused by mice. However, after seeking a second opinion, it turned out to be squirrels ! Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would definitely not recommend.
