Pest Control East London

Daz was super responsive and was able to book us in really quickly. He arrived on time, took care of everything, and was able to give help/updates over text. Would definitely recommend using this company as other companies were charging insane amounts for the same service! Thanks Daz!

Had an unfortunate experience with some little critters using my house as their own. Booked Daz because the reviews were so good and because I’d never had this issue before so not exactly an expert in what to do. He turned up on time, was smiley and very respectful of my home, explained what needed to happen and then got on with it! A week later no sign of my temporary lodgers. Nothing negative to say, highly recommend his services. I hope I never have this problem again but if I do at least I know where to go to solve it.

We had a wasps nest suddenly appear right next to our front door, and after several family members were attacked, we needed help fast. We contacted EPB Control and were immediately impressed by how quickly they responded and how easy they were to communicate with. Darren arrived fully kitted out with appropriate protection (the wasps were not in a forgiving mood) and got straight to work. A single treatment was all it took and within the hour the nest was completely dealt with and every last wasp was gone. No second visit needed. Darren also took the time to walk us through some simple physical adjustments we could make to prevent future nesting, which was genuinely useful advice rather than just a sales pitch. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free from start to finish, and the pricing was very reasonable for the speed and quality of service. Darren was polite, knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. If you have a wasp problem, especially one that has already turned nasty, I really would not hesitate to recommend EPB Control. Five stars.

Very happy to recommend. Friendly and efficient service. Booked in easily and Darren was really helpful in explaining what was being done and followed up to check all okay.

Waited a couple weeks before leaving a review but happy to say two weeks later and the fleas are definitely gone. Leanne was very responsive and gave clear instructions for preparing the house, and Daz was friendly, professional and communicative, answering any questions I had after. Thank you so much!
